Caring for children in their times of need.

The Guardian Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization recognized by the State of California, as well as the United States Federal government. The Guardian Foundation works locally, nationally, and internationally (mainly Eastern Europe and other post-Soviet areas) to provide short and long-term support through financial gifts for specialized programs, as well as seasonal projects to enhance the quality of life for children in need.

Our beliefs:

That all children can derive hope and confidence for their future when given tangible support in a time of crisis or need.

That our duty is to serve our community first, then the nation, then the world at large.

That 100% of all financial donations or “in kind” gifts should and will be given to children in need. (Any administrative costs will be furnished by funds specifically given for operational expenses.)

That our duty is to conduct all our actions with integrity and accountability.

Our approach:

Our program will primarily work to partner with local, national and internationally accountable organizations striving to assist them to enhance the quality of life for children in need, crisis and/or distress.

Where local support is non-existent or insufficient, we will help establish and develop programs to assist children directly.

Keep long-term relationships with recipient organizations to ensure the well-being of children serviced.

Our pledge:

To our donors: Complete transparency and accountability through annual reports, as well as personal communications. 100% of all donations go directly to the project you donate to.

To recipient organizations: Serious consideration of requests to ensure the proper funding is given for the specific needs of children, as well as the observation and oversight of the objectives served.

To the children: Complete devotion to the enhancement of the mind, body and spirit of children trapped or caught in a difficult situation.
